He has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who in America for his professional achievements and received awards for both his courtroom work and published scholarship. He is also a former law and business school professor who has taught over 26 courses in law, finance and business strategy at universities in the United States, Spain, Japan, Australia and Thailand.
